Genuary 2023

Genuary happens every year during January where creative coders, technologists, and artists alike follow a prompt and post a piece of generative art each day of the month. I used the prompts as inspiration for me to learn and practice TouchDesigner, as mapping data with visuals was something I wanted to dive deeper into.

For each day in January, I aimed to experiment with the various tools in TouchDesigner's interface. Below are some examples of what came out of my exploration; each GIF links to the corresponding Instagram page.
